Eunice Avila serves as the Practice Manager at Teagle Optometry, where she has been an essential part of the team for over nine years. With a background in healthcare management and a degree from Liberty University, Eunice blends her academic knowledge with hands-on experience to oversee the daily operations of the practice. From maintaining efficient systems and equipment to fostering a supportive team culture, Eunice ensures that every patient receives outstanding service and a welcoming experience.

Prior to joining Teagle Optometry, Eunice gained diverse experience working with an OBGYN in Texas and managing at an HVAC company in Alaska. Her passion lies in helping patients enjoy the gift of clear vision, and she takes pride in resolving concerns with compassion and professionalism. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, chasing sunsets, and spending quality time with her kids on beach trips or while trying new foods. She’s also a proud cat mom and finds joy in creating lasting memories with her family.
